Virtual Live Event Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a Virtual Live Event, I agree to honor Almo Pro AV’s Virtual Live Event cancellation policy. If I cancel my Virtual Live Event at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled date there will be no cancellation fee charged and I will be allowed to reschedule my Virtual Live Event. However, if I cancel my Virtual Live Event less than 30 days from the scheduled date a cancellation fee of $8,000 USD will be charged by Almo Pro AV. The cancellation fee will be deducted from my next invoice. Funds allocated for marketing activities in my marketing plan cannot be used to pay Virtual Live Event cancellation fee.

Terms & Conditions

Virtual Live Events have space for a maximum of 25 people. Almo Pro AV will make resonable effort to fill those 25 spaces with the vendor's preferred choices noted in the booking form. Almo Pro AV reserves the right to fill slots with any Almo Pro AV customer or employee as needed to reach capacity.
