Almo Vendor Portal Application & Agreement
Vendor agrees that all claims submitted to vendor by Almo will be made exclusively via the Almo Vendor Portal. Vendor agrees to appoint an administrator who will be responsible to ensuring that all vendor contacts are updated in the Almo Vendor Portal. When a claim is entered in the Almo Vendor Portal by Almo finance, the appropriate contacts identified by the vendor administrator will be notified of the claim via email. The vendor agrees that their designated contact will have sole responsibility for acknowledging, processing or requesting additional information on specific claim via the Almo Vendor Portal.
The Almo Vendor Portal will send an email alert to the appropriate contact as identified by vendor that a new claim is present. Vendor agrees that all approved claims are due to Almo within 30 days. Credit memos, or checks, must be issued within 30 days. After 30 days, Almo will exercise its right under this agreement to debit and deduct the claim from its next payment. Credit balances must be paid to Almo via check within 30 days of claim date.
Vendor appoints the following contacts to the Almo Vendor Portal system. These contacts will be updated going forward on the Almo Vendor Portal and will only be updated in this written program agreement annually, or as often as this agreement is updated by the parties.
